The Internet Fund, financed by the .SE foundation, has granted Funka funds to map, test, analyze and develop guidelines for Internet accessibility on smart phones and other mobile devices.

The international guidelines for Internet accessibility, WCAG 2.0, do not include smart or mobile phones. Mobile devices are increasingly being used to access information from public sector authorities, which is why guidelines are much needed.
